A detailed search can then be undertaken using our network of contacts, databases and market knowledge, to provide details of opportunities, both on and off market, matching the search criteria.
MOST OF OUR INVESTMENT ACQUISITIONS ARE OFF MARKET AND SOURCED THROUGH ESTABLISHED INVESTMENT CONTACTS.
When acquiring property, we always act exclusively in the best interests of our client, the purchaser or tenant. We act objectively, considering both the pros and cons of each property and this may sometimes mean advising against a purchase.
Once a suitable opportunity is identified, we will seek to negotiate the best possible terms for our client and see the deal through with solicitors to a successful conclusion.
